Free2Move Referral Program Rules

These 6Degrees Referral Program Rules (“Program Rules”) govern your participation in the Free2Move Referral Program. The Program Rules are in addition to any agreements between you and Free2Move, including the Free2Move Terms of Service. The 6Degrees Terms are incorporated by reference and shall apply to your participation in the Free2Move Referral Program, including, if necessary, to resolve any disputes between you and 6Degrees related to or arising out of the Referral Program.

Program Overview

The Free2Move Referral Program (“Referral Program”) is offered by 6Degrees, Inc. and provides users who are interested in referring family and friends (“Referrers”) the opportunity to refer eligible individuals to subscribe to Free2Move services. These Program Rules apply to both Referrers and referred users (“Referred Users”), so please read carefully to understand your respective rights and obligations.

Referrer Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the Referral Program as a Referrer, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older at the time of participation.
• Be a legal resident of a country where Free2Move operates.

Employees of 6Degrees, Free2Move, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible to participate.

How to Refer Users

a. Referred Users

To refer a friend, visit the designated referral page, log in to your 6degrees account, and follow the instructions to refer a friend by entering their contact information. For a referral to be considered successful, the referred user must:

• Use the unique referral link provided by the Referrer.
• Sign up for a Free2Move subscription and complete the initiation process.
• Maintain an active subscription for at least one (1) month after sign-up.

Referral Rewards

a. General

You are eligible to earn a referral reward (“Referral Reward”) for each Referred User who successfully completes the Free2Move subscription process and remains an active subscriber for at least one month. Referral Rewards are only available for referrals within countries where Free2Move operates.

• Referrer"s Reward: The Referrer will receive $250 in cash for each successful referral. The reward will be distributed via electronic transfer or another payment method at the discretion of 6Degrees, within 30 days after the referred friend"s subscription has been active for one month.
• Referred User"s Reward: The Referred User will receive $150 off their initiation fee, applied automatically when completing the subscription process.

b. Earning Referral Rewards

Rewards are only issued for successful referrals where the referred individual has met all eligibility criteria, including maintaining an active subscription for at least one month. The referred individual must sign up using the unique referral link provided, and rewards will only be issued if the subscription remains active without cancellation during the first 30 days.

c. Maximum Referral Rewards

There is no limit to the number of individuals a Referrer can refer, and rewards will be issued for each successful referral. However, each referral must comply with these Program Rules. Any attempt to abuse or manipulate the referral process, such as referring fictitious individuals or attempting self-referrals, will result in disqualification from the program.

Resolving Referral Disputes

In cases where multiple Referrers claim credit for the same referred user, 6Degrees retains full discretion to determine which Referrer is entitled to the reward, based on system records and verification of the referral process. Only one Referrer will be credited per successful referral.

Restrictions on Referrals

Participants agree to the following restrictions when participating in the Referral Program:

• No Self-Referrals: Referrers cannot refer themselves or existing Free2Move subscribers.
• Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to refer fictitious individuals or otherwise manipulate the system will result in disqualification from the Referral Program.
• Valid Referrals Only: Only referrals made through the official referral process, using unique referral links, will be considered valid. Referrals made through other means, or where the referred individual does not use the provided referral link, will not qualify for rewards.

Taxes

All applicable taxes related to receiving the referral reward are the responsibility of the participant. 6Degrees may be required to report the value of referral rewards to relevant tax authorities, and participants are encouraged to consult with tax professionals regarding their obligations.

Publicity Release

By accepting a referral reward, participants agree to allow 6Degrees and Free2Move to use their names, likenesses, and testimonials for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law. This includes the right to publish such materials in connection with future promotions.

Modification of Terms

6Degrees reserves the right to modify these Program Rules at any time without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to, changes in the law, fraud, or technical issues. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Program Rules on the 6Degrees website. Continued participation in the Referral Program after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Restrictions

In connection with your participation in the Referral Program, you expressly agree to the following restrictions:

• No Spamming: You agree that you will not "spam" anyone with invitations to join Free2Move, and you will comply with all applicable laws regarding communication, including anti-spam laws. Examples of prohibited actions include mass emailing, texting, or messaging people you do not personally know, using automated systems or bots, and posting referral codes on event or venue pages without permission.
• No Misrepresentation: You agree not to mislead anyone about your relationship with 6Degrees or Free2Move, or about the nature of the Referral Program. This includes creating fake accounts, profiles, or misrepresenting your relationship with 6Degrees in any communications or promotions.
• Prohibited Content: You will not use or promote 6Degrees or Free2Move with any offensive, abusive, defamatory, or illegal content, or content that violates another's privacy. Additionally, you may not use third-party intellectual property or brand names without proper consent.
• No Selling Referral Codes: Referral codes must be distributed freely for promotional purposes only. You may not sell, trade, or barter your referral code or provide any form of compensation to the invitee.

If you violate any of these restrictions, 6Degrees may, in its discretion, terminate your participation in the Referral Program and withhold any Referral Rewards earned in violation of these Program Rules.

Other Terms

Additional terms related to the Referral Program include:

• Referred users who receive a referral reward for completing the subscription process are not eligible for other sign-up promotions offered by Free2Move.
• Participants may not earn referral rewards for referring themselves or existing Free2Move users.
• All 6Degrees promotions are time-limited and subject to change or discontinuation at any time, at the sole discretion of 6Degrees.
